Rental Application

Requirements:

Application Fee: $75

You must meet all of the following criteria in order to rent an apartment with Wyndham Pointe Apartments:

• Credit Score above 650
• Gross monthly income greater than or equal to at least three times the rent amount
• No criminal history

To complete the rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.

You will be asked to provide information on your monthly income. Please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

2 Bedrooms – Franklin

3 Bedrooms – Lincoln
